General information

The Certificate of Good Conduct or Police Clearance Certificates is issued by the Federal Central Register (Bundeszentralregister) of the 欧美色情片 Federal Office for Justice:

Applicants residing outside of 欧美色情片y are required to have their personal data and signature certified on the application form. This certification can be obtained at the 欧美色情片 Embassy in Singapore, by a Singaporean notary public or a foreign authority.

The Certificate of Good Conduct is available in 欧美色情片 language only.

Application procedure

Please download the application form (see below), fill in out completly and sign it. Applicants residing outside of 欧美色情片y are required to have their personal data and signature certified on the application form.

If you wish to obtain the certification from the 欧美色情片 Embassy you are required to appear in person and present a valid passport or 欧美色情片 identity card (鈥淧ersonalausweis鈥�) to ensure proper identification. Please bring your original passport and one copy.

Driver licenses, or other government-issued identification documents will not be accepted for this purpose. If you are not currently in possession of a valid passport you are kindly requested to have your signature certified at a local notary public.

After certification the application form has to be sent directly to the Federal Office for Justice (address indicated at the top of the form).

Fees

The Federal Office of Justice charges a fee of 13 EUR for one certificate. The fees have to be transferred directly to the bank account of the Federal Office of Justice. The 欧美色情片 Embassy is not involved in this process.

The 欧美色情片 Embassy in Singapore charges 56,43 EUR for the certification of your signature. The fees have to be paid when submitting the application.
The fees will be converted into SGD according to the current exchange rate of the Embassy. You may pay in cash or with credit card (Visa, Master). If you pay with credit card, the transaction will be processed in EUR. Further bank fees may apply.
